Damage from Golf Balls

Homes and landscaping may, from time to time, be in the path of errant golf shots, causing damage and/or requiring retrieval of golf balls. Golfers have a temporary easement over each and every lot specifically for the retrieval of golf balls.

NVHA, the manager of the golf course, and the owners of the golf course are not liable for any damage that results from an errant golf ball.

However, if the offending golfer can be identified, you may be able to recover any damages under his/her homeowners liability coverage. The Clubhouse will be happy to help identify offending golfers.
